Shipping Policy

Washington Pottery Company offers delivery on our own trucks in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, MT, UT). 

We also ship common carrier to areas outside of our range. Please contact kristy@washingtonpottery.com to discuss shipping options so we can help maximize freight efficiency.

Delivery Note: Please note that our driver will have a lift gate and manual pallet jack.  The pots will be on a pallet and dropped curbside.  It is the customer's responsibility to unload the pallet.  Some pots are very large and equipment may be needed to unload the pallet.  This is the customer's responsibility.

Minimum $750 order.  Delivery charge – 5% of invoice total.

Pick Ups

No minimum order for customer pickups at our warehouse in Kent, WA.  Please call ahead.

Residential Delivery

Residential deliveries must be approved in advance and incur an additional fee of $75.  Our driver will have a lift gate and manual pallet jack.  The pots will be on a pallet and dropped curbside.  It is the customer's responsibility to unload the pallet.  Some pots are very large and equipment may be needed to unload the pallet.  This is the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from our office. A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all non-defective returned items.

Special orders cannot be returned.

Damages

If there are any problems with your delivery, please contact our office with shortages or damages within 48 hours.
